Refund policy

This Refund & Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which Northmark Vault provides returns, refunds, and limited warranty coverage for products and services purchased through www.northmarkvault.com.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Returns – Unused Parts

Unused, unopened parts may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for return:

  • Item must be unused
  • Item must be in original, undamaged packaging
  • All original components, hardware, and documentation must be included
  • Item must show no signs of installation, wear, or modification

Items that have been installed, opened (where sealed), modified, used, or damaged are not eligible for return.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to cover payment processing fees, inspection, and handling.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-built replicas
  • Pre-built replicas
  • Installed internal components
  • Labor charges
  • Customer-supplied parts
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Deposits once work has begun

Deposits for custom builds and services become non-refundable once work has started.

3. Order Cancellations

Standard product orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled and must follow the return process (if eligible).

Custom builds and services cannot be canceled once work has begun.

4. Workmanship Warranty (30 Days)

Northmark Vault provides a 30-day limited workmanship warranty covering labor performed and parts installed by Northmark Vault.

Warranty coverage begins on the date the replica is delivered to the customer or made available for pickup.

Warranty coverage applies only to:

  • Parts installed by Northmark Vault
  • Labor performed by Northmark Vault

Warranty does not apply to:

  • Customer-supplied parts
  • Pre-existing components not replaced during service
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper maintenance
  • Incompatible or mismatched components
  • Modifications made after service
  • Electrical damage caused by improper batteries, chargers, or wiring
  • Damage caused by use outside intended design parameters

Northmark Vault does not guarantee compatibility of parts not purchased from or installed by Northmark Vault.

All warranty claims are subject to inspection and evaluation. At our sole discretion, approved claims may result in repair or replacement of the affected component. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with warranty evaluation unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Warranty claims must be reported within the 30-day coverage period.

5. Tamper-Evident Seal Policy

Tamper-evident seals may be applied to completed builds and serviced replicas.

Removal, damage, or alteration of any tamper-evident seal immediately voids all warranty coverage.

6. Performance Disclaimer

Airsoft performance may vary based on:

  • BB weight and quality
  • Environmental conditions
  • Battery type and condition
  • Maintenance practices

Minor variations in FPS, rate of fire, sound profile, efficiency, or consistency do not constitute a defect.

7. Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged:

Retain all packaging materials
Photograph the damage immediately
Notify Northmark Vault within 48 hours of delivery

Failure to report shipping damage within this timeframe may impact claim eligibility.

8. Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may carry manufacturer warranties. In such cases, customers may be directed to the original manufacturer for warranty support.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Processing times may vary depending on financial institution policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

Northmark Vault shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products sold or services performed.

Northmark Vault’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

Customer assumes responsibility for safe, lawful, and proper use of all products.
