The F.L.T. High Tension Tappet Plate Spring is a specialized internal component designed to optimize feeding performance in high-speed AEG builds. Developed by Field Limit Tuning (F.L.T. Airsoft), these springs feature corrected geometry and significantly increased tension compared to standard factory springs. This added strength ensures the tappet plate and air nozzle snap forward faster, providing a more reliable air seal and eliminating "midcap syndrome"—a common feeding issue where high-capacity magazine springs push the BB stack up with enough force to misalign the nozzle. Using these pre-tensioned springs removes the need for technicians to manually cut and bend stock springs, preserving the material's structural integrity and preventing premature failure.
