The JVAN 13:1 Gearset is a high-precision internal upgrade designed for players seeking a significant increase in rate of fire and trigger response. Manufactured by JVAN using over 20 years of CNC machining expertise, this set replaces standard cast gears with high-density steel components. The 13:1 ratio is a dedicated high-speed configuration, providing a faster cycle time than standard sets while maintaining sufficient mechanical advantage for most mid-range builds. Each gear undergoes a rigorous multi-stage manufacturing process, including heat treatment to ensure the teeth can withstand the stresses of high-torque motors and high-voltage batteries without stripping or deforming.
Technical Specifications:
- Precision Manufacturing: Sector and spur gears are CNC-milled from 40Cr steel; the bevel gear features a CNC-machined center shaft for superior axis stability.
- High-Speed Ratio: 13:1 gear ratio, optimized for rapid semi-auto trigger snap and increased rounds per second (RPS).
- Material Hardness: Heat-treated to a Rockwell hardness of HRC 42–50 for the gear teeth and HRC 55–60 for the shafts for maximum longevity.
- Sector Gear Design: Full-stroke 16-tooth configuration with a 15° chamfer and relocated tappet plate pin for improved feeding reliability.
- Surface Treatment: Finished with a professional polishing and blackening process to ensure a low-friction surface and wear resistance.
- Refined Geometry: Features optimized tooth geometry and 15° chamfering to reduce mechanical friction and operational noise.
- Universal Compatibility: Designed for standard Version 2 and Version 3 gearboxes (M4, AK, MP5, G36, etc.) using 3mm gear axles.
- Shaft Design: The bevel gear shaft uses a customized tooth shape with a thicker tooth width for enhanced torque resistance against the motor pinion.
