CNC-machined from high-grade aluminum, this head features an added high-density rubber cushion on the front contact surface to absorb shock and protect the gearbox shell from impact-related stress fractures. To ensure a perfect air seal, it utilizes a dual O-ring design that eliminates pressure leaks between the head and the cylinder wall. The internal air path is designed with a specialized curved geometry to ensure optimal, unrestricted airflow into the nozzle for improved consistency and efficiency.
